Privacy policy

What happens to the details you send when you ask for a roof inspection.

About this policy

Effective: October 29, 2026

Old House Roofing replaces roofs on older houses in Northwest Philadelphia and nearby Montgomery County towns. This policy covers this website and its inspection request form. Send privacy questions through the request form.

What the form collects

Your name, phone number, email address if given, the house's street address, its area, the project type, how you found us and your message, plus the page the form came from and when it arrived. We never ask for card or bank details on this site, and the site runs no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How it is used and kept

Only to answer your request: reply, inspect, and send an estimate. If your job is slate work we don't do, we may suggest another company to you, but we don't pass your details on without asking you first. We don't sell or rent your details.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send the form, Cloudflare processes the submission and delivers it to our office inbox by email, and we keep it with our other business correspondence. A backup copy of each request is kept in Cloudflare's storage for 90 days, in case an email doesn't arrive, and is then deleted automatically.

The form screens out automated spam and limits how many requests can come from one connection in an hour. For that limit we store a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for about an hour, not the address itself. When a submission is rejected or can't be delivered, a short technical log entry is recorded without the contents of your message. Like any web host, Cloudflare may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect its network.

We take reasonable care with what you send, but no website or email system can promise perfect security.

Your choices

Ask us through the form to see, correct or delete what we hold from your request. This site is not directed at children under 13. When this policy changes we update this page and its effective date.

Tell us where the house is, how old the roof is and what it is doing. If you have photos, say so and we will ask for them by email. Outside our core area? Send the form and ask.

We answer form requests Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. There is no phone line, so the whole conversation stays in writing.
